This is what my smarter, better half is reading right now and he absolutely LOVES it. He says it's smart, interesting, engaging, and will blow your mind about what we are doing to this planet. I probably won't read it because I have so many other things on my list and Thomas Friedman isn't my favorite author (couldn't get into The World is Flat) BUT for those of you who like this topic, like Friedman, or enjoyed The World is Flat, this book, Hot, Flat, and Crowded comes highly recommended from my very very intelligent hubby.

Tell you husband that we appreciate his insight! I realize that is probably isn't green of me, but this topic makes me go into a malaise...
I keep seeing this book, but haven't succumbed to buying it yet. Your "smarter, better, etc." has nudged me a little closer. My nonfiction self thanks him.
oooh a "green" book...you know I am on board with that. Oh and I posted about "The Time Traveler's Wife" - I just couldn't resist :)
